  6. I started playing the Exile Preview a few days ago. Now I'm
  7. absolutely fascinated of the game.

  11. It is really worth playing!

  13.   Here are a few hints for getting started:

  16. 1. Play with the keyboard!

  19.    Joystick control is very fuzzy. You won't get the
  20.    feeling if you play with joystick.

  23. 2. Keyboard mapping:

  26.    Control of the hero:
  27.  
  28.    Q - Fly left
  29.    W - Fly right
  30.    P - Ascend
  31.    L - Descend
  32.  Tab - Change direction (very useful in critical situations)
  33. Ctrl - Turn horizontal (I don't know what this is for)

  35.    Object control:

  37.    , - Take object (arm gun, carry grenades or flasks...)
  38.    M - Drop object
  39.    . - Throw object
  40.  
  41.    If you drop or throw a grenade, it will get live and explodes
  42.    within a few seconds.

  44.    Weapon control:

  46.    O - Aim at destination
  47.    K - Aim at destination
  48.    I - Center destination
  49.  Spc - Fire gun
  50.   F1-F5 - Select weapon (not implemented in demo game)

  55.    T - Teleport home
  56. Help - Reset Game

  58. These are certainly not all keys, but I didn't find out more.

  62. 3. Gerenal hints:

  65.  - Unlock the doors of your spacecraft with the red buttons and leave it.

  67.  - Play around with objects (try getting the gun and the grenades).

  69.  - Try killing the nerving birds (you will need the experience).

  71.  - Bomb away barriers (perhaps doors) with grenades.
  72.  
  73.  - Remember: Everything that happens to you will happen to every object
  74.    in the game.
  75.    Btw. Everything will be teleported by the Transporter (even the explosions)

  77.  - Estinguish Fire with Water (I will not tell more)
  78.  
  79.  - Try dropping down grenades in chasms if there are many missile bases down
  80.    there.
